Lockout stations from LEM are designed to be wall mounted at a central location for necessary safety lockout/tagout components to located fast and easy for all employees. These stations are available in personal, 10 and 20 positions and are supplied either with or without the components. Stations with components are sold with LEM lockout tags and Masterlock® padlock locks and hasps.

OSHA refers to "Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)" to mean specific practices and procedures to safeguard employees from the unexpected energization or startup of machinery and equipment, or the release of hazardous energy during service or maintenance activities. LEM Lockout Tags are designed meet the requirements to keep workers safe from these related injuries. Made from durable rigid plastic material, LEM lockout tags are weatherproofs and resistant to grease, oil, and dirt. Metal reinforced holes allow your tag to be securely fastened to equipment and are large enough to accept most padlocks as required in OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Lockout Tagout signs are used to indicate a machine is subject to lockout tagout procedures. LEM lockout signs are manufactured for wall mounting on a rigid 0.055 in. rigid plastic material and come standard with 0.125 in. drilled corner holes.
